Don’t stay here! Especially if it’s winter

Staying here was a mixed bag. Sure, the location is super close to the airport and my room was comfy and clean. But honestly, the freezing cold hallways were a major bummer. Not to mention the elevator drama—I got stuck in it and felt totally abandoned by the staff. At least the breakfast spot was decent.

I had a fantastic stay with clean rooms and a great experience overall, while being just a short drive from Bain Park and Memphis Kiddie Park, perfect for taking leisurely strolls and enjoying the outdoors.

The woman at the front desk was a lifesaver, handling a whole flight of tired travelers with ease, and the airport shuttle was super quick when I needed it. I loved relaxing at the pool and enjoyed my time in the fitness center to work off my lunch. The bathroom could've used a bit more space, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience—definitely worth a stay! 😊

However, my room had an issue with temperature control. it was too cold despite the heater running. One of the main downsides was the pool—it was freezing, and my kids were really looking forward to swimming. Additionally, the bathroom was quite small, making it a bit cramped to move around. I liked the breakfast. it had decent options, but the service was slow, and some items ran out too quickly without prompt replenishment.

The pool was a great size for laps, and my room was spotless! Plus, the AC was super efficient.
